Lighting

Lighting is a feature we like to discuss as it often gets overlooked.  Lighting not only adds safety and security to the property, but also adds drama and interest.

Lighting should be priced out at the beginning of a project so that we can design it before work starts.  Once the landscape work has begun, the trenches will be open, making it cost effective to install lighting that requires running wire underground.  

 

If you already have an older lighting system installed, we may be able to amend or upgrade it, depending on the system.  We can take a look at this and give you a quote.

 

A quality Low Voltage Lighting system will include:

Stainless steel “unique” transformers

12-2 wire is recommended

A variety of light fixtures and colors are available for selection

20 watt bulbs are recommended

Lights are installed using the “hub” method insuring full wattage to fixtures and easy maintenance
